What you get

MeterCall is a universal API gateway. You sign up, you get an API key, you call /gateway/{catalog_id}/* with your own upstream credential, we proxy + meter + bill.

Pricing

• Base tier: $0.001 per gateway call across the 2M catalog.
• Premium tier: $0.01 per call for the 130 production-wired adapters with webhooks + typed schemas.
• Subscription lanes: $149 / $349 / $599 monthly — includes bundled calls + higher rate limits.
• Usage-based overage is metered monthly via Stripe.

Your responsibility

• You bring your own credentials for upstream APIs. You remain the customer of record at the upstream vendor (OpenAI, Stripe, Twilio, etc.).
• You comply with every upstream vendor's terms — we proxy, we don't grant you new rights.
• No illegal use: scraping what you don't own, harassment, CSAM, export-controlled data, etc.
• Rate limits apply per tier. Sustained abuse results in throttling then suspension.

Our responsibility

• We proxy your calls. We don't guarantee any upstream API's availability.
• We aim for 99.9% gateway uptime. SLA credits available on Enterprise.
• We don't sell your data (see Privacy).

Cancellation + refunds

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Monthly subscriptions are pro-rated on cancellation. Per-call charges are non-refundable once the upstream responded.

Liability

MeterCall's total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

Material changes get 30 days' notice by email. Continued use = acceptance. Disputes: Delaware law, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver (standard SaaS boilerplate).
