Terms of service — what it means
You get to use MeterCall. We get to meter and bill you. If something breaks, the most we owe you is the greater of $1,000 [PENDING COUNSEL] or what you paid us in the last year. Disputes go to AAA arbitration in Miami, one arbitrator unless the number is big. No class actions. We can change these terms with 30 days' notice. We pick Cayman Islands law [PENDING COUNSEL].

We collect the minimum to run a billing and metering service: your account, your API keys, call metadata (when/what/how much), and payment hashes. We do not store request bodies past 24 hours. We hash your IP after 30 days. Default retention is 90 days. We do not sell data. We do not embed third-party trackers. You can ask for your data, fix it, delete it, or export it. Email dpo@metercall.ai. We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 — not yet certified, audits scheduled post-launch.

Acceptable use — what you cannot ship
No spam Modules, no malware, no unlicensed securities, no doxxing name-service tricks, no OFAC-sanctioned users, no Trial-tier fraud, no metering tampering. Break one of these and we will delist you fast. We will cooperate with law enforcement on the serious ones.

30 percent to the Creator, 70 percent to MeterCall, on Modules that run on our infra. We surface this number on every CTA. If you ship on your own infra with a customer-key pass-through, different economics apply — talk to us.
If you are a rights-holder
DMCA — how to take something down
Send a proper 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) notice to dmca@metercall.ai (and to our physical agent at [PENDING: DMCA physical mailing address — flag for human fill]). We act fast. Creators can counter-notice. Three strikes in 12 months and the account is terminated.

PCP utility token
PCP is how we settle Calls inside MeterCall. It is positioned as a utility credit, not an investment. We have not received a legal opinion on this yet; we say so out loud in the Terms. If your view is that this classification is wrong in your jurisdiction, please tell us at legal@metercall.ai before doing anything formal — we would rather fix it than fight about it.

- We try hard not to collect much data.

- Our liability is capped. See the Terms for the number.
- All of this is pre-launch and will be reviewed by counsel.
