By accessing or using MeterCall (including Kai Command Center, Meter Credits, proxy APIs, modules, or any related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MeterCall provides an AI agent platform including the Kai Command Center, keyless proxy APIs for 90% of common services, autonomous module building, and a marketplace for user-created modules.
You purchase Meter Credits which are used for all activity on the platform (chat, builds, agents, API calls). Meter Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Overage charges apply at the published rate.
For supported services we manage API keys on your behalf. You authorize us to act on your behalf to make requests to those services. You remain responsible for compliance with each service’s terms.
You retain ownership of modules and agents you create. By publishing to the marketplace you grant MeterCall a license to host, distribute, and promote them. We may take successful internal modules and productize them.
You may not use the service to violate laws, attempt prompt injection, create harmful content, or abuse the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time.
MeterCall is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
