1. We Do Not Train on Your Data

MeterCall never uses your prompts, modules, outputs, or any customer data to train our models.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information, usage data (Meter Credits consumed, modules built), and technical logs necessary to operate the service.

3. Key Vault & Proxy APIs

For the 90% of services we proxy, we securely store and manage API keys in a per-user encrypted vault. We only use them to fulfill your requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to provide the service (hosting, payment processors, proxy endpoints) under strict DPAs.

5. Security

We maintain SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001 readiness, encryption at rest and in transit, and continuous AI-powered threat monitoring.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Contact privacy@metercall.ai.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
