Formula: pool = min(signups × $10, $100,000) USD-equivalent value, disbursed in MeterCall meter credits.
| Signups | Pool |
|---|---|
| 1,000 | $10,000 |
| 5,000 | $50,000 |
| 10,000 | $100,000 (CAP) |
| 100,000 | $100,000 |
| 1,000,000 | $100,000 |
Headline: Every signup adds $10. Capped at $100,000 after 10K.
Distribution uses a fixed power-law tier table. Table sums to $100,000 at the cap. Below the cap (pool < $100K) every tier payout scales linearly with pool / $100,000. Table below is binding; MeterCall may update only with 48-hour notice per §11.
| Rank | Per-winner payout (at $100K cap) | Tier total |
|---|---|---|
| #1 | $25,000 | $25,000 |
| #2 | $15,000 | $15,000 |
| #3 | $10,000 | $10,000 |
| #4–10 (7 winners) | $2,500 each | $17,500 |
| #11–50 (40 winners) | $300 each | $12,000 |
| #51–200 (150 winners) | $50 each | $7,500 |
| #201–1,000 (800 winners) | $16.25 each | $13,000 |
| Total · 1,000 winners | $100,000 |
Scaling below cap: at any pool size P where P < $100,000, each per-winner payout equals the table value multiplied by P / $100,000. Example: at 5,000 signups the pool is $50,000, so #1 = $12,500, #2 = $7,500, #3 = $5,000, #4–10 = $1,250 each, and so on.
DQ backfill: if any entry in the top 1,000 is disqualified during integrity review, its slot is backfilled in strict rank order from rank 1,001 and below. The tier each backfilled entry lands in is the tier of the vacated slot (not the tier the entry would have been in at its original rank).
Worked example — per-winner monthly cash flow at the $100K cap, 36 monthly tranches (3 years):
| Rank | Total payout | Per month (36 mo) |
|---|---|---|
| #1 | $25,000 | $694.44 |
| #2 | $15,000 | $416.67 |
| #3 | $10,000 | $277.78 |
| #4–10 (each) | $2,500 | $69.44 |
| #11–50 (each) | $300 | $8.33 |
| #51–200 (each) | $50 | $1.39 |
| #201–1,000 (each) | $16.25 | $0.45 |
| Total monthly outlay at cap | $100,000 over 36 months | $2,777.78/month |
First monthly tranche disburses on or before 2026-06-13 (30 days after the 2026-05-14 winner announcement).

The MeterCall contest is decided by community vote. One vote per verified account, across all entries — not per-entry. The top 1,000 entries by vote count proceed to organizer integrity review; survivors split the pool per the binding power-law tier table.
MeterCall reserves final discretion on disqualification for rule violations. Appeals: a disqualified entrant may appeal within 48 hours of the announcement by emailing contest@metercall.ai with subject “DQ APPEAL — [entry slug]”. Appeal decisions are made by the same four-person panel within 72 hours and are final.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment does not improve an entrant's chances of winning.
This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by MeterCall Inc., a Florida corporation with principal place of business in Boca Raton, Florida ("MeterCall" or "Sponsor").
The Contest begins at 13:00:00 UTC on 2026-04-16 and ends at 03:59:59 UTC on 2026-05-12 (equivalent to 2026-05-11 23:59:59 America/New_York). Entries submitted outside this window are not eligible. Winners are announced on 2026-05-14.
See the Eligibility section above. Void where prohibited by law.
The Contest prize pool ("Pool") shall be the lesser of: (a) total confirmed signups on the MeterCall platform during the Contest Period multiplied by ten US dollars ($10 USD), or (b) one hundred thousand US dollars ($100,000 USD). Pool value is denominated in USD but is payable exclusively as MeterCall meter credits ("Meter Credits") redeemable on the MeterCall platform and convertible to cash via approved third-party payment processors (Wise, Payoneer, Razorpay) subject to processor fees, currency conversion, and applicable law.
The top one thousand (1,000) entries as ranked by verified community vote count, subject to the organizer integrity review described in the Judging section ("Panel Review"), constitute the winning entrants ("Winners"). Winners receive Pool shares according to the binding tier table published in §Distribution above. At the $100,000 cap the table allocates: rank #1 = $25,000; #2 = $15,000; #3 = $10,000; #4–10 = $2,500 each (seven winners, $17,500 total); #11–50 = $300 each (forty winners, $12,000 total); #51–200 = $50 each (one hundred fifty winners, $7,500 total); and #201–1,000 = $16.25 each (eight hundred winners, $13,000 total). Tier values scale linearly with Pool below the cap. Entries disqualified during Panel Review do not receive a share; vacated slots are backfilled in strict rank order from entries ranked 1,001 and below, and each backfilled entry inherits the tier payout of the vacated slot.
Each Winner's prize vests in thirty-six (36) equal monthly tranches over three (3) years, beginning no later than thirty (30) days after the announcement date, contingent on receipt of required tax documentation. Unvested Meter Credits forfeit upon twelve (12) consecutive months of Winner inactivity on the MeterCall platform, as determined by Sponsor in good faith. Sponsor may at its discretion substitute equivalent cash value for Meter Credits if the credit vehicle becomes commercially impractical.
All federal, state, local, and foreign taxes on prize receipts are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for US Winners receiving more than $600 USD in any calendar year. International Winners must complete IRS Form W-8BEN prior to first disbursement.
Entrant retains full ownership of the submission. Entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the submission and its supporting materials (video, writeup, screenshots, URL) for Sponsor's marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, in any medium now known or later developed. Entrant represents that they own or have rights to all content submitted.
Sponsor may disqualify, at its sole discretion, any entry that violates these rules, involves bots, scraped content, pre-existing work submitted as new, multiple signup accounts per individual, or is otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Contest. Vote manipulation — including but not limited to vote farms, sybil-account voting, bot voting, VPN / datacenter rotation, fake email chains, and paid voting services — results in immediate entry disqualification. Repeat offenders may be banned from future MeterCall contests and may have associated accounts closed. Disqualified Winners forfeit all rights to prize payouts.
A disqualified entrant may submit a written appeal within forty-eight (48) hours of the winner announcement, emailed to contest@metercall.ai with subject line “DQ APPEAL — [entry slug]”. The four-person organizer panel (Sponsor + three named reviewers) reviews the appeal and issues a final decision within seventy-two (72) hours. Panel decisions on appeals are final and not subject to further review.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules with forty-eight (48) hours advance notice posted on this page. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts the integrity of the Contest, with any Winners determined from valid entries received prior to the action.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
If any provision of these rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These rules constitute the entire agreement between entrant and Sponsor concerning the Contest and supersede all prior agreements.
