Quick answers

Did I get charged?

No. Declined cards produce a pending auth that drops off within 1–7 days depending on your bank. We never captured the funds. Your statement may briefly show a pending line — ignore it.

Why was my card declined?

Most common reason: your bank's fraud system doesn't recognize MeterCall yet. Other causes: insufficient funds, international block, or expired card. A quick call to your bank usually resolves it — or just try another card.

Can I pay some other way?

Yes. We accept ACH (US banks), wire transfer for annual plans, and USDC via x402. Email billing@metercall.ai with your preferred method.

What happens to my signup if I leave?
